Frauenthal Group

Frauenthal Holding AG, listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange, consists of two divisions: Frauenthal Trading and Frauenthal Real Estate. Frauenthal Handel is Austria’s largest seller for sanitary and heating produtcs, with a 150-year-old tradition. It supplies Austria’s plumbers and construction industry through its brands ÖAG, SHT, and Kontintentale. With the founding of ELEKTROMATERIAL.AT in 2020, the Group expanded its business activities. The Division Frauenthal Real Estate was created in 2025.

The focus is on the leasing, maintenance, and strategic development of our existing properties, in cooperation with Validus GmbH. Validus GmbH is an experienced company specializing in the development, marketing, and technical management of real estate projects. As a property developer, Validus has been committed to sustainable real estate investments for over 20 years, with the goal of achieving long-term value and growth.

The range of services covers four areas: 

  • technical execution of projects as a developer
  • realization of residential construction projects in Vienna and its vicinity
  • expansion and management of the Schönherr.Fabrik in Chemnitz, Germany 
  • service and management of existing properties throughout Austria

Ventana Invest holds a diversified portfolio, specializing in commercial and logistics real estate throughout Austria. The goal is to create and preserve value with a long-term perspective – with a clear focus on sustainable development and stable returns.
